Nowadays ink jet
printers are used on a level with laser printers. They are equally both in quality and in speed of printing. An only obstacle in an ink jet printing way is
cost of consumables. INKSYSTEM company could overcome this obstacle and proved
that the ink jet printing is reasonable to everyone.
We suggest making some simple calculations to be
convinced of it. Calculations are for printer EPSON Stylus Photo T50 using a
standard set of cartridges EPSON and the complete set of dye-based ink
INKSYSTEM for comparison.
Printing cost of a sheet of paper (À4) filled up with text for 5%
Ink |
Average price of 1
cartridge |
Resource of 1
cartridge |
Cost of 1 imprint |
EPSON 7.5 ml |
20 $ |
350 sheets |
0.057 $ |
INKSYSTEM 100 ml |
6 $ |
4650 sheets |
0.0013 $ |
Figures speak for themselves. Using CISS allows to safe
in 22 times more on each imprint. Moreover, if use the complete set of
dye-based ink INKSYSTEM 1000 ml you’ll get more than 50 times cheaper printing.
Printing cost of a picture 10x15 (filled up for
100% w/o margins)

Even when
you print full-color photos the economy is obvious. CISS allows to print photos
cheaper than in a photo studio. Whether
it is necessary to speak about original cartridges?!
It’s necessary to
note the calculations were made without photographic paper cost, assuming that
pictures are printed on one kind of a paper. Also we did not consider in
calculations above that the ink in original cartridges never comes to an end
completely. There remains from 20 to 65 % (!!!) of unused ink. Ink spent
completely with CISS . Owing to the tanks settle down out of the printer, you
can watch level of ink by yourself.
